Full staging is undertaken with empty homes and will increase the appeal and broader your market. Cohesive and tasteful staging assets enhance the fabulous features of a home and detract from any issues. The team are highly skilled in using layout, scale, flow and design.
Integrated Staging
We add our designer, on-trend staging assets into your home to modernise, increase appeal to the market and increase value.
This can be furniture items, soft furnishings, bed linen sets, styling items. An initial consultation will be undertaken with a plan and quote emailed to you. This is a wonderful way to get the most out of the sales process.
Partial Staging
If you have limited budget and an empty property we can offer to stage only some of the rooms in the property.

It was my job as Power of Attorney to get my dads house ready for sale when he recently went into a Rest Care Facility.
